Career Wize Founder and CEO Dave Jensen explains what his goals are for CareerWize Medical Coding Training School.

As one of the largest employers for medical coders in the country (and with more than 20 years of experience in the field), Dave was frustrated by how often he had to let go of his newly hired coders. The truth was, their training and education did not properly prepare them for the job.

So what did he do? Dave set out to create an excellent training program for those interested in starting a career in medical coding so new coders could enter the field ready to work and to be a valuable asset for their employer.

CareerWize wants to help you build a career you love. Because we find that most medical coders do love what they do.

This is a growing field with incredibly high demand (the healthcare industry is only getting bigger as the population grows and overall health declines). And with Dave Jensen's connections in the industry, he is willing and able to help graduates of the program to find job interviews.
